Error 7: Timber Not Securely Clamped

The timber was not securely clamped in the feeders while the saw attempted to make this cut. To make a cut, the saw must be able to hold the member with at least one top roller and one side roller (two top rollers must be down when rip cutting).

What to do now

Please stop the saw by holding down the STOP button.

What to do next

  1. Look in feeders and see whether at least one top and side clamp rollers are holding the timber.
  2. Hold the STOP button down and try to manually flip the member over in the Member List before trying to recut. The orientation of the member when cutting may make a difference.
  3. Try cutting the member at 50% Cutting and Moving speed.
